配送に関して

日本郵便から商品の出荷を行います。出荷が完了しましたら、日本郵便（info@delivery.post.japanpost.jp）よりメールでお知らせ致します。

返品・交換に関して

商品の交換または返品は受け付けないものとします。ただし、商品が不良品の場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合のみ交換・返品の受付をします。この場合、会員は商品到着後1週間以内に弊社までメール、またはお電話でご連絡下さい。その後に弊社の指定する方法により弊社は良品の注文商品と交換致します。当該商品の返送及び再送に要する送料などは弊社にて負担するものとします。

海外発送に関して

How do I place an order?

For customers from overseas.

If you purchased items from outside Japan, Please change language "ENGLISH" on dow left of the menu to add items in the cart.

If you were not following instruction as above, your order would not be confirmed.

In this case, your first purchase order will be canceled.

We accept refund and exchange for only damages items or customer received items which are not purchased.
